Get Started

Superwise is SOC 2 Type II compliant.

SOC 2 is a report based on the Auditing Standards Board of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants' (AICPA) existing Trust Services Criteria (TSC). The purpose of SOC 2 is to evaluate an organization’s information systems with regard to security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy.

Privacy requirements

In principle, Superwise does not require users to store data, nor does it request PII (Personally Identifiable Information).
To ensure the privacy and security of our customers' data, we leverage a multitenant infrastructure that fully isolates each customer's environments.

Superwise is stored on GCP (Google Cloud Platform). It's default region is
"us-central1", which can then be configured to specific regions to comply with additional territoriality requirements.
