Managing agents

The SUPERWISE® platform provides a unified environment for developing, managing, and scaling AI-driven agents. Whether you’re building a new agent using our agent builder studio or integrating an external agent developed elsewhere, SUPERWISE® enables you to enhance your solution with a powerful set of features—including real-time monitoring, production-ready deployment, built-in safety guardrails, and more.
All SUPERWISE®-managed agents, regardless of whether they were developed natively in SUPERWISE® or not, can be viewed on our “Agents” screen. Upon selecting an agent, you’ll enter our Agent Management Studio, which consists of four main parts:

• Overview: General information about the agent.
• Builder: The section where users can develop a native SUPERWISE® agent or register and configure an external one. This section also includes the ability to configure our agent guardrail services.
• Deployment: The actions for publishing and integrating with your agent.
• Settings: All operational settings needed to fully govern and operationalize your agent in production.
