Connect Microsoft Teams

To connect your Teams channel as a destination in the platform, you should use the Teams Webhook Workflow integration. Follow these steps to configure and generate your webhook URL:

  • Access the Workflow Settings: Locate the specific channel you want to target. Click on the three dots (⋯) icon situated directly next to the channel name, and select Workflows from the dropdown menu.
  • Search for the Template: In the template marketplace or search field, type “webhook” to filter the available options.
  • Select the Webhook Template: From the search results, find and select the template titled “Send webhook alerts to a channel.”
  • Configure Destination Details: Review and verify the automatically populated Team and Channel names. If you need to route the alerts elsewhere, use the dropdown menus to select the correct destination, then click Save.
  • Copy the Generated URL: Once the workflow is successfully created, a unique URL will be generated. Click the “Copy webhook link” button to copy it to your clipboard. Save this URL securely, as you will need to paste it into your external application's payload configuration.
