Monitoring is all about ensuring that the right teams get the right alerts at the right time and in the right place. Superwise provides upstream integrations that you can configure to receive notifications whenever new incidents are detected or resolved.
Through the integration types, you can create notification channels within the platform. For example, using the Email integration, a user can configure a notification channel that will include a few data scientists, while another Email integration can be configured for the data engineering team or specifically to one of the model owners.
Each integration can be chosen as a notification channel when defining a policy - so that upon any anomaly detection, Superwise will immediately generate an alarm where you want it.
