Streams an attachment from an issue report, scoped to the caller's tenant.
When to use it
Use it to open a screenshot or recording that was attached to an issue report.
Required parameters
gcs_key(path): the storage key of the attachment.
Response
A successful call returns 200 OK with the file. The response content type is not documented.
