Sentinel is now front and center. Sentinel is the default product when you log in, with a brand-new home screen that surfaces the value it's delivering — interactions, mitigated issues, and latency at a glance, plus quick actions. Switch to the rest of the platform anytime from the new product switcher.
Admin & read-only roles. Admins can manage Sentinels, guardrail policies, token optimization, and organization settings; read-only (Viewer) users keep full visibility without edit access.
Editable guardrails per Sentinel. Admins can now tailor each Sentinel's guardrails: choose whether a guardrail blocks or remediates (with your own error message or replacement text), pick exactly which PII categories to scan, and drag to reorder the pipeline.
Token optimization (MVP). Turn on Headroom compression to shrink prompts before they reach the model — cutting token usage, cost, and latency. Off by default, enabled per Sentinel by an admin.
New plans. Introduced Solo, Pro, and Business tiers, with limits centered on your Sentinel usage.
